We are very pleased to announce that Ralf Martin Jäger, Professor in ethnomusicology and History of European music in the Institut für Musikwissenschaft und Musikpaedagogik of the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität – Münster, has joined the Academic Board of NEMO-Online.

Ralf Jäger is a renowned musicologist with numerous publications in the fields of Turkish music and music of Eastern-Asia.

His competence is a welcome complement to the Academic Board of NEMO-Online, and an extension towards German musicology.

We warmly welcome him among us.

Nous avons le très grand plaisir d’annoncer que Ralf Martin Jäger, Professeur d’ethnomusicologie d’Histoire de la musique à l’Institut für Musikwissenschaft und Musikpaedagogik de la Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität – Münster, a rejoint le Comité scientifique de NEMO-Online.

Ralf Jäger est un musicologue reconnu avec de nombreuses publications dans les domaines de la musique turco-ottomane et des musiques de l’Asie de l’est.

Ses compétences viennent compléter heureusement celles des autres membres du Comité scientifique de NEMO, et son arrivée témoigne d’une extension géographique de notre revue vers la musicologie allemande.

NEMO-Online Vol. 1 No. 1 is available

The editorial Board of NEMO-Online is delighted to inform you that the first issue,  Vol. 1 No. 1 (November 2012) is now available. It includes contributions of François Picard (France), Erik Marchand (France), Jacob Olley (Great Britain), Rosy Azar Beyhom (Lebanon), Markos Skoulios (Greece), Richard Dumbrill (Great Britain) et Amine Beyhom (Lebanon ; France).
The editorial and the summary page are available online. The hard copy (Price = 40 €) will be distributed by Geuthner, France and downloadable from December 2013.
